As a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent, warrant and agree that the following are true and correct in all respects:

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Olympia and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that JBF Olympia is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF Olympia has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF Olympia for the items I offer for sale, less a $20.00 Consignor Fee, which is paid in advance when scheduling a drop off appointment, for participation in the JBF Sale. ($20 fee is waived, ONLY if ALL tags are marked "donate"). A $30 late seller fee will be deducted from consignor checks for Sellers who use the coupon code and do not mark all tags "donate."

I understand JBF Olympia will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price and not donate, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be sold at 50% off at the Half Price Presale and Sale. If JBF Olympia adds a 25% off Shopping day, your items marked reduce will be sold at 25% off. If your items is pulled/rejected during the sale for stains, rips, tears, broken, etc and a customer asks to buy this item that would be rejected and pulled from the sales floor, JBF has the discretion to sell your item (if marked to be reduced) at the reduced price.

I understand if my item is marked donate, it will be available for sale at 75% Off during the last hour of our sale on Sunday (to sellers and Prime Time Ticket holders).

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item. If an item is returned by a shopper, your item will show a sold price of $0 on your tagging report.

I understand that JBF Olympia advertises to shoppers that items at our sale are 50-90% Off Retail Prices. JBF Olympia has the right to remove any items we feel are over priced off the sales floor at anytime during the sale.

I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items, if I choose not to donate), is on Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 8-9pm.

I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 9:00pm on Sunday, October 13, 2024, will be donated to the JBF Charity Partners.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail. Checks will be issued within 2 weeks after the sale ends.

I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
